In 2015, three-year-old Cully Oothoudt of Mandan was diagnosed with medulloblastoma, a cancerous pediatric brain tumor. He endured chemo, radiation, several surgeries, sedation 60-70 times, seizures, paralyzation from the waist down and more. Though originally given a 75-80% success rate, Cully's cancer returned and he passed away in August of 2017.
